August 28th, 1963, Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his famous "I Have A Dream" speech. 50 years later, Google honors Dr. King with the Google Doodle. The "I Have A Dream" speech was delivered to over 250,000 people at the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom and was focal to the civil rights movement. It has been hailed as the top American speech of the century by a 1999 poll of scholars of public address. Here's to the dream living on.
