9:30 AM UPDATE: I-80 Westbound into Wyoming is closed at Nebraska state line as of 9:30am. And I-80 Eastbound between Rawlins and Creston Junction is closed. 85 is now open from Cheyenne to Colorado. You can get updates HERE.

This morning, Wyoming has some road closures and is feeling the effects of a Winter Storm that has dropped about 4 inches of snow on Cheyenne, though that is slightly misleading given the rain factor and temperature variations.  Casper is under a Winter Weather Advisory until 6pm with light snow falling this morning. WYDOT is listing the problems and conditions on Wyoming roads. Here’s the road report as of 7am.
