The Paralegal Program at Casper College will offer FREE legal services during the fall semester.

Current students of the paralegal program, under the supervision of an attorney, will provide assistance.

See all of the information below.

“Cases are limited to simple civil matters and we are not authorized to handle any criminal matters. We can help with debt collection issues, uncontested divorces, guardianships, name changes, simple wills, adoptions, etc.,” said Mary Kubichek, Casper College paralegal instructor.
“While the legal advice is free, clients must have a financial need and will be responsible for court costs and expenses. This service is open to all community members,” she noted.
Those wishing to set up an appointment time should contact Kubichek at 307-268-2618 or by email at kubichek@caspercollege.edu. The program will be accepting new clients until Monday, Nov. 3, 2014.
