The 23rd Annual Casper Youth Basketball Tournament will be held March 16-17, 2013. The tournament is for Boy’s and Girl’s team’s grades 4-8 and has a 3-game guarantee. The deadline to enter a team is March 1, 2013. The team entry fee is $150. This tournament is not an AAU tournament. The tournament also features a free throw contest the Friday evening before the tournament and free swimming at the Casper Family Aquatics Center on Saturday evening for all tournament participants. All games have NFHS registered officials and games are played on 18 different courts throughout Casper. In 2012, 158 teams from Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, Montana, Utah and South Dakota participated in the tournament making it the largest tournament of its kind in Wyoming. Most Hotels in Casper offer special tournament rates for teams traveling from out of town, just mention the tournament.
