In the interest of public safety for the citizens and residents of Natrona and Converse County Wyoming.

On November 14, 2014, Global Specialized Services of Casper WY is moving an OVERSIZE and OVERWEIGHT heavy haul load to a gas plant north and west of Glenrock WY.

The route will start at a business on Melody Lane just off of Salt Creek Hwy. After a stop at the Port Of Entry, the load will go back north on Salt Creek to I-25. I-25 South to Hat Six road and the a jog over to the Old Glenrock Highway. They will then travel east to Hwy 95 and then along Hwy 95 to Hwy 93 from there a quick jog to CR31. The building will be loaded at 8 AM and travel expected to begin midday Friday November 14th.

This load (building and compressor) will require that County Road 31 (Ross Road) WILL BE CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC between the hours of 8:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. on the evening of November 14, 2014. The road closure originates at the junction of State Highway 93 and County Road 31, and will continue north for a distance of approximately 32 miles.

The cargo will take up 100% of the road.

Public notice warning signs are in place at 3 locations on Ross Road.

Please avoid any unnecessary travel On SH 95 between 12 Noon and 4 PM in order to preserve public safety and well-being.

Be aware: If weather delays this equipment move on CR-31 (Ross Road) for Friday evening, then this notice will be extended to a later date as determined by Converse County Road and Bridge.
