Elks Club Gets Flowery Face Lift

I walked by the Elks Club in Casper every day of my life for eight years. I can remember asking my father "what does BPOE stand for dad"? He would laugh and say "Best people on earth." People get married there, they eat there, heck the Elks Club has been in Casper for as long as I have and that's a long time. Now they are going to get flowers. The flower beds have been on the building for years. I've never really noticed them. Now for the first time in at least ten years. There's going to be flowers in the flower beds of one of Casper's land marks. And I'll bet people still wont notice how beautiful it looks.
