Easter Family Event Gets ‘Hoppin’ Saturday Morning

The 2nd Annual Easter Trot and kids hop will be Saturday April 19th, hosted by the Soroptimists of Central Wyoming. All families and runners are invited to enjoy the beauty of the Platte River Parkway and help raise money for women in the Casper community.

The Soroptimists of Central Wyoming will host the 2nd Annual "Easter Trot and Kids' Hop" fun run.  The 1K Fun run starts at 8:45 and the adults 5K run will begin at 9:00 am.  Walkers are welcome and dogs must be on a leash.  Registgration will being at 8:00 am at the Casper Ramada Riverside, 300 W. F Street.  The run will be on the Platte River Parkway.  The registrationregistration fee is for $20 for adults and $5 for kids.  There will be candy and prizes and a costume contest for the kids.  Proceeds will benefit women in the Casper Community.  For more information, call Debbie at 307-234-2173.
