Did You Keep Your Kid Home From School on Wednesday?[POLL]

So it’s the day after Natrona County School District received a threatening letter warning of an attack on Natrona County High School that would take place on Halloween day.

District officials informed NCHS parents that school would continue as usual, but they could choose to keep their children home.

It’s been reported that:

  • Orly 493 of the 1,811 Natrona County High School students attended school
  • Only 952 of the 1,545  Kelly Walsh High School students attended school
  • There were also some parents in other schools that chose to keep their children home as well.

According to NC’s Pete Owen, an administrative manager, the school day was “business as usual.
