Sometime in the evening hours of September 6th, a red unknown vehicle was driving at a high rate of speed in the alley near the 3000 block of East 12th Street. The driver attempted to make a 90 degree turn but was unable to make the turn. The vehicle went through a fence located at 3018 East 12th Street. The vehicle then left the area.
