It was another productive weekend for both of Casper's High School football teams. This past Friday night both the NC Mustangs and Kelly Walsh Trojans played at home for the first time this season and the home cooked meals must have had the desired effect. The number one ranked Mustangs took care of fifth ranked Cheyenne Central 40 to 15 allowing the Mustangs to show off more of their offensive prowess while moving to 3 and 0 on the year. Across town the Kelly Walsh Trojans were able to net their second win of the season with a victory over Laramie, shutting out the Plainsman 50 to 0. This was the second week in a row that the powerful Trojan Defense has shut out an opponent. For more scores and football information go to our companion website Wyosports.com.
