The last few weeks both the men's and women's Casper College Thunderbirds basketball teams have been looking for their identities. Tonight, against Little Big Horn, both the ladies and men made great strides in finding their identities.

The lady T-Birds played as a single unit, talking amongst them selves on the floor, communicating so loud you could hear it on the mikes of Marcus Hayden and Chris Crossen, play by play mates. The ladies defeated Little Big Horn 92-55 going 3-1 in the Region 9 North Conference. Alicia Johnson, off the bench, had 17 points and nine rebounds and going 9-10 from the free throw line.

The men T-Birds grew up as a team tonight defeating Little BigHorn in a huge conference win breaking the century mark winning going away 106-55 going to 4-1 in the Region 9 North Conference. It was guard play that made the difference tonight with Jay Wright getting 21 points and Carlos Rankin dropping 25 in 29 minutes on the floor.

Huge steps forward in their maturity as a team as they move through conference play.

Both teams play Dawson College Thursday.
