Big Brothers Big Sisters To Host “Putt-Ing Kids First” Event In June

Are you ready for some fun in the sun, a morning out with friends or family, a fun time just “putting” around? Big Brothers Big Sisters has just the event for you! A “Putt-ing Kids First” miniature golf fundraising event is designed to be fun for all those who participate, no matter what your age is.

“Putt-ing Kids First” will take place on Saturday, June 29, 2013 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Old Town Family Fun & Amusements. The cost is $50 per team of 4. Throughout the day of the event, door prizes will be given from supporters throughout the community. Prizes may include “goofiest hat,” “wildest shirt,” “best behind the back shot,” etc. Businesses groups and families are encouraged to participate in teams of 4. We encourage groups to name their teams, dress up in costumes or matching t-shirts, and come prepared to receive prizes for outrageous gimmicks. However, golfers don’t have to be members of a business, group, or organization. Your team can be made up of family members, co-workers, youth, and neighbors – anyone interested in having a little fun while supporting Casper kids

Team members may choose to compete for additional prizes by soliciting individual sponsor pledges. All contributions will directly impact the youth in our community through one-to-one mentoring programs and services. After the event, prizes will be awarded to the golfers who raised the highest amount of paid pledges for Big Brothers Big Sisters. At this time we are still organizing our Grand Prizes for 2013. This will be presented to the individuals who brings in the most paid pledges
