Big 3X3 Basketball Tourney Makes A Move To Casper

World Events Sports Marketing and the Casper Sports Alliance announced that the largest and longest running 3x3 basketball tournament in Wyoming is relocating to Casper. To be held during Memorial Day weekend, (May 28 – 29, 2016), it is estimated the tournament will bring 245 teams and 2,000 additional family members, friends and fans to town.

Kim Dennis, owner of World Events Sports Marketing said,

“After 17 years of success in Thermopolis, we decided the time was right to evolve and give the event the space and facilities it demands, after scouting the State for sites, we are thrilled to announce the relocation of the event to one of the largest cities in the State.”

Winners of the Casper 3X3 tournament will be crowned the best 3x3 Basketball Teams in Wyoming.

Youth/adult competitive and top-gun divisions will also have the opportunity to advance to Hoop it Up Nationals, which allows them a chance to compete in the USA Basketball and FIBA World Championships.
