Have a BBQ or Picnic

Nothing screams American like a 4th of July BBQ!  Bust out the grill, invite some friends and family, let your hair down and relax.  You can keep it a simple back yard BBQ, or you could take your BBQ to any our great Casper parks.  Nancy English Park, City Park, Mike Sedar Park, and Washington Park are all prime spots to have a great 4th of July get together.

Relax at Alcova

Located only about 30 miles away from Casper, Alcova is the go-to spot if you want to relax and cool off for the day.  You can kick around any of the campgrounds, get some sun and swimming at Sandy Beach, or get out on the water with your boat or jet skis.  Don’t forget about the Alcova Lakeside Marina.  Get any supplies you might need, plus they have a great restaurant and bar to relax in.

Go See a Casper Cutthroats Game

Baseball is the great American passtime.  It only seems fitting to go check out a game on our nations independence day.  July 4th the Casper Cutthroats will be facing off against the North Colorado Toros.  The game starts at 6:35 PM at Mike Lansing Field.  Cheer on our hometown team on the most patriotic day of the year!
