Bar Nunn FD Haunted House Opening This Weekend

Those who visit Bar Nunn's volunteer fire department may encounter ghosts, ghouls and goblins this weekend.

“We’re going to be starting up our haunted house, and it’s going to go from this Saturday clear to Friday, Nov. 1,” Bar Nunn volunteer firefighter Ashley Christensen said. “All of the money raised will go to the department for training purposes and equipment.”

Christensen says the fire department's haunted house has been an annual staple in Bar Nunn for the last three years.

The haunted house will be open from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday and 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. It will remain open from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. from Oct. 28 to Nov. 1.

Christensen says the fire department will charge a $7.00 admission fee for adults and $3.00 for children under the age of 12.

The Bar Nunn Volunteer Fire Department is located at 1701 Sunset Blvd. in Bar Nunn.
