As a way to promote his new movie 'Zookeeper,' Kevin James appeared on Thursday's 'Tonight Show' with one of the characters from the movie, a gigantic, talking gorilla named Bernie, who's voiced by Nick Nolte.
Almost immediately, the two began to fight like an old married couple, and Bernie took a potshot at James for his behavior on the set of the movie. "You know he hired a guy whose only job is to bring him smoothies all day long?" said the gorilla.

Women Drivers Are More Likely Than Men to Cause Traffic Accidents
A new study suggests that women are more likely than men to cause traffic accidents.
Researchers from the University of Michigan analyzed at 6.5 million car crashes. They also calculated, based on the number of miles men and women drive, that if all things were equal, male-to-male crashes would account for 36.2% of accidents, female-to-female would make up 15.8 percent, and male-to-female would make up 48 percent.

Fort Hood Shooter Could Face the Death Penalty
The Army has announced that Maj. Nidal Hasan will be tried in a military court and is eligible for the death penalty for his role in a 2009 shooting spree at Fort Hood in Texas.
An attorney for the former military psychiatrist, who's been charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder in connection with the deadly rampage, wanted capital punishment taken off the table. It has not yet been decided whether an insanity defense will be used.
