April 20, 2012 — Enjoy the Mild Spring Weather Ahead

A strong ridge of high pressure is moving into the region.  This will make for great weather conditions statewide over the next two to three days.  A few stray small showers cannot be ruled out in the northwest later today and then a few isolated thunderstorms will be possible in the east on Sunday.  Otherwise, today and the weekend will provide the state with sunshine and mainly dry conditions.  Temperatures will warm to above average levels.

Temperatures in Casper will make it into the 60s today, with the 70s expected this weekend.  Overnight lows will range from the upper 30s to the mid 40s.
