Alice Cooper is revving his engine in anticipation of hitting the road with Motley Crue on their farewell tour. Cooper is readying his first ever covers album that fans should be able to get their hands on by the start of the Crue tour.

"[I've got] a new album coming out in the spring, which is my first covers album," the shock rocker tells ABC News Radio, referring to the previously reported project featuring songs by fellow members of an informal drinking club known as the Hollywood Vampires.

What artist will Cooper cover on his project?

"It's basically all my dead, drunk friends," adds Alice about the record, which is being produced by his frequent collaborator Bob Ezrin.  "I'm covering all my friends that I used to drink with that aren't with us anymore."
