Adult Brothers Arrested After Fighting Over Shampoo [VIDEO]

Pippert Brothers
Sheboygan Police Department

Dandruff isn’t the biggest concern for the Pippert brothers.

Thirty-two-year-old Jonathan Pippert and is 27-year-old brother, Jared, of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, were arrested last Sunday after they got into a fight over a bottle of shampoo.

It may be hard to believe, but these two adult brothers live at home with their mother, which is where the battle was waged.

In a dispute that proves siblings can indeed act like Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly in ‘Step Brothers,’ both men claim the fight started when Jonathan walked into his brother’s bedroom and took a bottle of shampoo while Jared was in bed. Each claimed the other went after him, forcing him to protect himself.

By the time police were called to the scene, Jonathan was on the front lawn cursing at his mother. Both he and Jared had various cuts on the upper part of their bodies.

Jonathan is now looking at two years in jail because of other crimes, while Jared could spend 90 days in the slammer. All because of shampoo.

Who knew good hygiene could have such an impact on your criminal record? It just goes to show these brothers aren’t Head & Shoulders above their peers.
